About

I am a third-year Operations Research PhD candidate at ISyE, Georgia Institute of Technology. I am currently advised by Alejandro Toriello and was previously co-advised by Diego Cifuentes. My research focuses on semidefinite programming, combinatorial optimization, convex relaxations, stochastic and dynamic optimization, and computational methods for structured decision problems. I obtained my M.MATH. in Combinatorics and Optimization from the University of Waterloo, under the supervision of Levent Tuncel. My research included the decomposition of positive semidefinite matrices into the sum of a low-rank and a sparse matrix. Before that, I received my B.MATH. with triple majors in Mathematical Optimization, Mathematical Finance and Statistics from the same university.
